This Extension includes the extensions “Manage Enquiries ”, " Manage Product Questions ” and “Event Notifications ”. Here is a description of each one.

“Manage Enquiries” is an extension that shows enquiries (applied from customers via the “Contact us” form) in your administrator page. You can read and answer the enquiries using your administrator page, and store them in your database along with the answers you send.

“Manage Product Questions” is an extension that allows the user to ask questions about a product, using an extra tab in the product’s page. The questions are shown in your administrator page. You can read and answer the questions using your administrator page, and store them in your database along with the answers you send. Then you can select which questions (along with their answers) will appear in the “Questions” tab.

This extension comes along with the “Event Notifications” extension, which alerts you when “customer triggered events” occur, such as new orders, reviews, returns, enquiries and affiliates. For this purpose, icons are added at the right side of administrator’s header.

This extension uses vQmod, so no system files are affected.

DESCRIPTION

With this extension you can add as many new tabs as you want in the product’s page. You can create templates for the tabs you want, customizing the tab’s default title and text. You can also select in which customer groups and storesit will be visible.
Then you can add tabs from template, or empty tabs, in a product, and change the title and text as you like using theCKEditor.
This extension uses vQmod, so no system files are affected.

MijoShop owners should know that there is an incompatibility problem on CKEditor. Some changes in the code are necessary to make the Joomla editor work. Even with these changes the extension's functionality is not the same as in a normal OpenCart installation. When you add a new tab in a product, the editor is not present until you save the changes.
